Now that the shock of our beloved Denver Broncos’ loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLVIII has subsided a bit, we can look ahead to the promises of next season. Perhaps initially, in frustration, the Denver Broncos franchise was ready to ditch the entire line-up and start from scratch; however, calmer heads prevailed and Broncos’ leadership has begun to rebuild the team.
With an objective mind, Denver fans can see the Broncos have a solid foundation that we can rebuild from after our heartbreaking Super Bowl loss. Denver was missing some of its best players for the world championship game such as linebacker Von Miller, left tackle Ryan Clady, cornerback Chris Harris, defensive tackle Kevin Vickerson, free safety Rahim Moore and defensive end Derek Wolfe. Although that can’t fully explain the team’s dismal performance during the Super Bowl, it suggests that we had the talent on the team to win under different circumstances. These players are still young and have lots to offer Denver in the coming years.
During the off-season, Denver has already begun to rebuild their defense by signing cornerback Agib Talib, safety T.J. Ward and defensive end DeMarcus Ware.
Repair Versus Replace
At Advanced Transmission Center, a Lakewood transmission shop, many of our customers initially feel similar to the Broncos that perhaps starting from scratch is the best action. However, we often advise them a transmission rebuild is preferable. Beware of other transmission shops who suggest a full transmission replace simply because they do not have the in-house expertise to handle a transmission rebuild.
Rebuilding Your Transmission
Advanced Transmission Center has an in-house transmission rebuilding department, and most of our transmission rebuilders have an average of 25 years’ experience! They know the latest transmission technology and continually upgrade their expertise. Our rebuilding department is all in-house which ensures that we are using the highest quality parts possible. Most of the time, a transmission rebuild is more cost-effective than entirely replacing the transmission.
